bon bon spirale was created at a time in human history and american culture where:

culture is what we leave behind. when sifting through my inheritance, i found that my lineages have passed down different cultures. they have passed down cultures that are connected to the value of everything through heartfelt gratitude for our many blessings in life—for the blessing of Life itself. they have passed down cultures that acknowledge a sense that everything is alive and sacred. they have passed down cultures of deep appreciation for the relationships we have to god/the divine, the land, and each other.


my inheritance inspires me to ask: what can only happen when you slow down? my Ancestors have taught me that there must be time for intention, there must be time for rest, and there must be dignity for all life. we are living beings with limits and feelings.

bon bon spirale’s Doing is to allow for deep appreciation of our Being. all of our projects are given life slowly and intentionally, with guidance from Ancestors and spirit guides. all of our projects aim to slow the whole person down so that they may luxuriate in (and be nourished by) the sensuality of gratitude.


i am grateful to the Great Creator and Destroyer, to all my Ancestors, to all my helping spirits, and to all my relations for my destiny, my personality, my dreams & desires, and for guiding me to create bon bon spirale.
